Colorcraft by Ukodes

Last Updated: October 28, 2026 · Effective: October 28, 2026

1. Introduction

Colorcraft is a paint-by-numbers coloring application for iOS, developed and operated by Ukodes ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent developer reachable at pixoduse@gmail.com. Ukodes acts as the data controller for any personal information collected through the app.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Colorcraft, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently and responsibly.

By downloading or using Colorcraft, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Coloring Progress via iCloud / SwiftData

Colorcraft saves your coloring progress — including which images you have opened, which zones you have colored, your chosen color selections, and completion states — directly on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud enabled for Colorcraft, this progress data is automatically synced to your iCloud account so you can continue coloring seamlessly across your Apple devices.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not store your coloring data on our own servers. This data lives exclusively in your device's local storage and, optionally, in your personal iCloud account — which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

2.2 Advertising Data (AdMob) — Free Users Only

Free users of Colorcraft see advertisements served by Google AdMob, Google's mobile advertising platform. To serve relevant ads, AdMob may collect and process the following information from your device:

AdMob's collection and use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. If you purchase a subscription, ads are removed and AdMob data collection for personalization ceases for your session.

2.3 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework (iOS 14.5+), Colorcraft displays a permission prompt once, after the welcome screens, asking whether you consent to tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. Specifically, this relates to AdMob's use of your IDFA for cross-app ad personalization.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.

2.4 Subscription Data

Subscriptions to Colorcraft are managed entirely by Apple App Store through Apple's StoreKit framework. Apple handles all payment processing, billing, and subscription management. We do not receive your credit card number, debit card number, Apple Pay details, or any other payment information. We receive only a confirmation from Apple that your subscription is active, which we use to unlock premium features within the app.

For subscription management, cancellation, and billing inquiries, please refer to your Apple ID subscription settings or Apple's support channels.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Colorcraft integrates with the following third-party services, each operating under its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob

AdMob is Google's mobile advertising platform used to serve ads to free users of Colorcraft. Google may collect device and behavioral data to deliver personalized advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices for full details.

Apple iCloud

If you enable iCloud for Colorcraft, your progress data is synced via Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Apple does not permit Ukodes to access your iCloud data without your explicit consent.

Apple App Store / StoreKit

All subscription billing and transaction records are handled by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles your payment and account data.

5. Your Rights under GDPR (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

When you open Colorcraft in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent to personalized advertising through Google's consent message before any ads are requested. You can consent, decline, or choose individual purposes and partners. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at pixoduse@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that most of your coloring data is stored locally on your device and in your own iCloud; deleting the app and purging iCloud data for Colorcraft is the most direct way to erase it.

6. Your Rights under CCPA (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights:

To submit a CCPA request, contact us at pixoduse@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Colorcraft is rated for users of all ages on the Apple App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Colorcraft is a general-audience app and is not directed at children. We do not ask for your age. Ads in Colorcraft are limited to content suitable for a general audience (Google AdMob maximum ad content rating PG), and ads from sensitive categories such as gambling, alcohol and dating are blocked.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the app without your consent, please contact us at pixoduse@gmail.com and we will take steps to address it.

8. App Tracking Transparency

Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework requires apps to obtain explicit permission before tracking users across apps and websites owned by other companies. When you first launch Colorcraft, you will see an iOS system prompt with the message:

"Allow 'Colorcraft' to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?"

If you tap "Allow": AdMob may link your in-app ad interactions with your activity in other apps to deliver ads tailored to your broader interests.

If you tap "Ask App Not to Track": Your IDFA will not be shared with AdMob for cross-app tracking. You may still see ads, but they will be non-personalized or contextually targeted rather than behaviorally targeted.

You can update your tracking preference at any time by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and toggling Colorcraft on or off.

9. Data Retention

10. Contact Us

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us:

We aim to respond to all privacy-related inquiries within 30 days of receipt.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or app functionality. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For significant changes — such as new categories of data collected or new third-party integrations — we will notify users through an in-app notice or, where required by law, request renewed consent. Continued use of Colorcraft after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
